Development of Health and Wellbeing Screening System
The HWSS (Health and Well-being Screening System) will serve as a comprehensive solution for screening well-being and managing the screened data for subsequent case referral and monitoring purposes. The data collected through HWSS will function as a vital source for report generation and informed decision-making. The overarching objectives of HWSS are as follows:
- Facilitating the promotion of physical health, mental health, and overall well-being through the early identification and provision of intervention services in schools and communities.
- Establishing early identification mechanisms through the utilization of standardized screening tools and creating a robust ecosystem for treatment services and referrals.
The HWSS will encompass both physical and mental health screening components, employing questionnaires that will be shared at a later stage with the selected vendor. The system will empower users to create various types of screening questionnaires, and the resulting data will be utilized for referral, monitoring, and report generation purposes.
