Project: Odoo ERP Implementation with Hotel Management System.

DrukSmart has successfully executed the implementation of the Odoo Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, incorporating a Hotel Management System (HMS) and Point of Sale (POS) functionalities for Hotel Ugyen, located in Olakha, Thimphu, Bhutan. Hotel Ugyen, renowned for its diverse range of rooms and suites, as well as its restaurant and conference hall services, stands to benefit significantly from these integrated solutions.

The Hotel Management System encompasses automated processes such as room reservation, floor management, restaurant management, and service management, optimizing efficiency. The POS system, seamlessly integrated, enables Hotel Ugyen to process customer payments efficiently and maintain a comprehensive record of sales. Boasting a user-friendly interface, customizable design, and advanced reporting capabilities, this application offers invaluable insights into sales performance and customer behavior.

The ERP with HMS and POS was officially launched and declared "Go Live" on August 5, 2023.

The implementation of Odoo ERP, coupled with the Hotel Management System and POS, is poised to streamline Hotel Ugyen's operations by automating key tasks including room allocation, billing, inventory management, and various administrative functions. This automation empowers the hotel staff to redirect their focus towards enhancing customer management, providing superior services, and ultimately driving increased sales.
