DrukSmart has successfully executed the implementation of the Odoo Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, incorporating a Hotel Management System (HMS) and Point of Sale (POS) functionalities for Hotel Ugyen, located in Olakha, Thimphu, Bhutan. Hotel Ugyen, renowned for its diverse range of rooms and suites, as well as its restaurant and conference hall services, stands to benefit significantly from these integrated solutions.
The Hotel Management System encompasses automated processes such as room reservation, floor management, restaurant management, and service management, optimizing efficiency. The POS system, seamlessly integrated, enables Hotel Ugyen to process customer payments efficiently and maintain a comprehensive record of sales. The ERP with HMS and POS was officially launched and declared "Go Live" on August 5, 2023.
