The Bhutan Qualifications and Professionals Certification Authority (BQPCA) System is digital solution to be developed for the Ministry of Education and Skills Development (MoESD), Royal Government of Bhutan. Once implemented, the system will streamline the recognition of qualifications, regulation of education consultancy services, quality monitoring of tertiary education, and professional certification management. The project aims to enhance service delivery, improve data management, and modernize Bhutan's education and professional sectors.
